Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Wild Rose Peak, we specialize in aftermarket wheels, tires, and custom wheel & tire packages. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with Wild Rose Peak, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Wild Rose Peak does not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product, size, bolt pattern, offset, finish, tire size, or specifications selected by the customer.

  • Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.

  • Customer preference after delivery.

  • Products that have been mounted, installed, driven on, used, modified, painted, machined, repaired, or altered in any way.

  • Custom-built wheel & tire packages.

  • Special-order or non-stock products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Customers are responsible for confirming all product specifications and vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that the products ordered are compatible with their vehicle.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicle year, make, model, and trim.

  • Bolt pattern.

  • Wheel diameter and width.

  • Offset and backspacing.

  • Center bore.

  • Tire size.

  • Suspension modifications.

  • Lift or leveling kits.

  • Brake caliper clearance.

  • Fender clearance.

  • Load ratings.

  • Any other vehicle-specific requirements.

Wild Rose Peak is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, undisclosed vehicle modifications, or changes made after purchase.

Custom Wheel & Tire Packages

Wheel & tire packages are assembled specifically for each customer's order.

Once tires have been mounted and balanced on wheels, the package is considered a custom-built product and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law or in the event of an approved manufacturer's warranty claim.

Returns

Returns are accepted only when:

  • Wild Rose Peak shipped the incorrect product; or

  • The product has a verified manufacturer's defect covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before any product is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Fitment issues caused by customer error.

  • Shipping delays outside of Wild Rose Peak's control.

  • Used or installed products.

  • Products returned without authorization.

  • Normal wear and tear.

If Wild Rose Peak ships an incorrect product, we will work with the customer to correct the error.

Warranty

Wild Rose Peak is an authorized retailer of aftermarket wheels and tires.

Wild Rose Peak does not manufacture the products we sell.

All warranty claims are subject solely to the manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, inspection procedures, and approval.

Wild Rose Peak cannot approve, deny, or alter any manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Process

To begin a warranty claim, customers must contact Wild Rose Peak before returning any product.

Warranty claims may require:

  • Order number.

  • Photos.

  • Videos.

  • Written description of the issue.

  • Additional information requested by the manufacturer.

If instructed to return the product:

  • The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product to Wild Rose Peak, including freight, insurance, duties, brokerage fees, and any other shipping-related charges.

  • Wild Rose Peak does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping costs.

  • The product must be received before the warranty claim can proceed.

  • Replacement products will not be ordered or shipped until the original product has been received and the warranty claim has been approved by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Curb rash.

  • Rock chips.

  • Scratches.

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery.

  • Road hazards.

  • Potholes.

  • Impact damage.

  • Accidents.

  • Off-road use or abuse.

  • Racing or competition use.

  • Overloading.

  • Tire rubbing.

  • Improper installation.

  • Improper balancing.

  • Improper tire mounting.

  • Improper torque procedures.

  • Improper tire inflation.

  • Vehicle modifications.

  • Corrosion caused by improper care or cleaning products.

  • Road salt.

  • Brake dust.

  • Environmental damage.

  • Neglect.

  • Abuse.

  • Misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear.

Tires

Mounted, balanced, installed, or driven-on tires cannot be returned.

Road hazard damage, punctures, cuts, impact breaks, sidewall damage, uneven wear, improper inflation, or other damage caused during use are not covered unless specifically covered by the tire manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to Wild Rose Peak within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers may be required to provide photographs of:

  • The packaging.

  • Shipping labels.

  • Damaged products.

Do not install products that appear damaged during shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or submitted to our suppliers.

Once an order has been processed, submitted to a supplier, assembled, mounted, balanced, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Special-order products and custom wheel & tire packages cannot be cancelled after production or assembly has begun.

Installation

All products should be installed by a qualified professional using proper installation procedures and manufacturer specifications.

Wild Rose Peak is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, improper torque specifications, improper balancing, incorrect tire mounting, or improper vehicle modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Wild Rose Peak is solely a retailer of aftermarket wheels and tires manufactured by third-party manufacturers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Wild Rose Peak is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, balancing costs, alignment costs, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, loss of vehicle use, lost wages, lost profits, or any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or failure of any product.

  • Customers assume all responsibility for verifying product compatibility before purchase and for ensuring products are installed and used correctly.

  • Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are the customer's exclusive remedy for manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
